One call solves tight and conflicting schedules

Challenge: How to notify families and teachers when a terrible storm blew down trees and knocked power out on the second day of Vacation Bible School.

Solution: With CallingPost, families got a daily update as to when the program would restart, which depended on when the power at Church was restored. Another CallingPost call to the teachers gave them a heads up on how to adjust their plans when they returned.

Benefit: Until VBS restarted on Thursday, over 300 families were spared a drive to church for daily updates. CallingPost kept us from being “in the dark” for an even longer period of time.
